Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (such as skincare products, makeup, or toothbrushes)
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@deamzb.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship Your Return: Once you have the return authorization, securely package the item and send it to the address provided.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@deamzb.com with your order number and details about the product.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges Shipping:
- If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
